From the Chairman's Desk

As the Chairman of the Assembly of God Church Schools in Asansol, Sodepur, Ukhra and Raniganj, I am proud of the legacy of our institutions while preparing it for the demands of a rapidly changing world. Our school has long stood as a beacon of academic excellence, moral integrity, and holistic development, and my vision is to strengthen these foundations while embracing innovation and progress.

Looking ahead, my foremost priority is to ensure that our students receive an education that is not only academically rigorous but also relevant to the future. This means integrating modern teaching methodologies, digital learning tools, and skill-based education into our curriculum. We must equip our students with critical thinking abilities, creativity, and adaptability so they can thrive in an increasingly complex global environment.

After serving the Assembly of God Church Schools , Sodepur and Ukhra for almost 26 years as the head of the institution, I have been given the privilege to lead the A. G Church School , Asansol since September 2020.

The Assembly of God Church , School Asansol is the centre for educational excellence and has a legacy of success and quality education that was entrenched and upheld by legendary and beloved leaders - Mrs. A. Aidinyantz, Mrs. P. Malvea ,Mrs. E.John and Mrs. J.R. Anderson.

Foundation of the School

Rev. and Mrs. W.G. Long came from the USA and founded the A.G. Church school at Asansol on the 15th January,1963.They worked relentlessly and selflessly to build the school during their tenure.
